For orders under the value of £100.00 there is a charge of £4.95. For all orders over the value of £100.00 we have free delivery.

Please note that these rates apply for mainland U.K only. Scottish highlands and islands with the postcodes listed below will be charged an extra £24.99 for any value order.

Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50.

Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41- 49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

We will deliver some products outside mainland U.K depending on the size and weight of order, but please email us for a quote with the exact products and quantity that you would like and the address it is to go to. We will email you back with a price as soon as possible.

We will use a 24h courier and all orders are dispatched within 24hrs so you should receive your goods within 2 working days. We ship Monday to Friday only. Orders placed over the weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. Remote or hard to reach places may take longer.

All of our products come with 1 years manufacturers warranty.

All our products will require a signiture upon delivery. Please look at the packaging for any sign of damage. If there is then please sign as "Damaged" or refuse the goods.

Please carefully check the goods on receipt and if there are any problems then you must inform us via Email to info@bm-camping.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.

When you purchase a tent, you will need to erect it to check for defects (and inform us via email) within 7 days of receipt.

We will then arrange a collection (on a suitable day for you, Monday to Friday only) and either exchange the goods or issue a refund.
