B&M Camping currently accepts payment from within the UK and its associated islands, Ireland ,
and BFPO addresses using any of the following credit or debit cards.

No orders will be accepted without a valid card payment in the name of the registered card holder
and its registered address.


Delivery & Postage
We charge a flat rate of £4.95 for orders under £100.00 and free Postage for all orders over £100.00
within mainland UK.

If you require delivery outside of mainland U.K. Then please email us for a quote. This includes,
Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland

Please be advised we do NOT deliver to BFPO address's
We do NOT deliver to P.O box's

Scottish Highlands and Islands will incur an extra charge of £24.99 for all orders placed through the
website and over the phone. Postcodes included in this are listed below,

All orders will be dispatched within 24hours and delivery will take between 1-2 working days.

However if an item is not in stock we will let you know.

provide a quotation.


Returns policy for unwanted goods:

"What if I just don't like the goods or they are the wrong size?"
Return it to us unused within 14 days of purchase and we will give you the option of either
choosing an alternative product or possibly having a refund for the goods (not including any
postage paid). When you return the item to us, please ensure that the product is in its original
packaging and that the manufacturers' tags are still attached.

You will need to cover your own costs for returning the item and it is advisable to send returns by
recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post. We can
only accept returned goods if they are of merchandising quality. We will not accept returned goods
if they have been worn or used.

Tent Returns:
Any tent returned to us must be in its original package and boxed, Any tent returned to us with the
postage labels stuck to the bag will not be refunded. Returned tents that have been pitched, even
indoors, are considered second-hand and un-sellable. Therefore tents that have been pitched or
exhibit signs of use will be returned to the customer and a £4.95 charge applied for postage.

Returns Procedure for damaged goods:
If you need to return an item we want to make it as easy and painless as possible for you. In order
to do this we need your help, so please take the following steps so that we can process your package
on its return.

1) Either e-mail info@bm-camping.co.uk or phone us on 01823 461414 and explain the situation.
2) Package the item appropriately and write your order number on the outside.
3) Enclose a brief note explaining the situation and what action you would like us to take. Remember to write your order number on the note so that we can identify your goods. Goods
returned without a covering note will not be entered into the returns system.

If you follow these simple steps we will be able to process your return quickly and efficiently.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any further information or advice.

Please note: We understand that some goods purchased in December are Christmas presents. Any
unwanted Christmas gifts purchased in December will benefit from an extended return period and
may be returned up until the 15th of January, provided that our returns policy is followed. In
particular this means that returned goods must be unused or unworn with all tags and packaging
intact.

Remember, we post out and receive thousands of packages a week in our warehouse. Therefore it
is impossible for us to process anonymous packages turning up in our warehouse with no returns
identification.

"But what if I discover my goods are faulty?"
Don't worry, if on receipt of your goods you discover they are faulty or damaged please send an email
as soon as possible to info@bm-camping.co.uk . We will either refund the goods, replace or
repair them or issue a credit note depending on the circumstances.

Refusal of Transaction
B&M Camping reserve the right to refuse any order placed for any reason whatsoever. Nonacceptance
of an order may arise from, but is not limited to, product unavailability, lack of payment
authorization from your cardholder, or the identification of an error within the price or product
details. We will contact you immediately if for whatever reason we are unable to fulfil your order.
B&M Camping reserves the right to withdraw any products from there website at any time and/or to
remove or edit content from the site. We will incur no liability to you or any third party if we
withdraw a product from the website

At B&M Camping we realize how important it is to securely store any information that you have
provided us. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure the highest level
of online security.
